For those WITHOUT Corporate Email:
Click on this link to reset your password via Password Reset PIN (min 6 digits).

For those WITH Corporate Email:
Enter your credentials below and click Send. An e-mail with a link to a page where you can reset your password will be sent. Note that the e-mail might take a few minutes to reach your inbox.

1. Please refer to myHR login user guide here. For more information, please visit myHR portal (Intranet) using your corporate workstations on company network or via HVPN.

2. To reset 2FA Passcode (TOTP), change Password or Password Reset PIN:
Click on User Profile Page to log in with your current password.

3.Click on "Forgot password?" if you have forgotten your password and reset your password using corporate email or password reset PIN.

4. Contact ITD Help to receive a temporary password if you do not have a corporate email or have not set up a password reset PIN.
